Delicious Anda Curry

Dear Friends,

In my previous post, I mentioned how to make soft chappaties.Thought of adding a delicious Anda Curry recipe so that you can enjoy the combo..


  1. Onion -2
  2. Tomato -2
  3. Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 Tbsp
  4. Oil
  5. Egg-4
  6. Garam Masala- 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
  8. Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
  9. Salt – To taste
  10. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
  11. Jeera/cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a kadai,put oil.Once hot put some jeera,after it start crackling,put chopped onion.
  2. Fry onion till golden brown.After that,put ginger garlic paste.
  3. After raw smell goes,put chopped tomato.Fry it till oil oozes out.
  4. add all the masala items mentioned in ingredients.
  5. Add water and cover it for 10 minutes.
  6. Mean while boil the eggs and keep it aside.
  7. Put required salt and slice the eggs and put the eggs in the gravy.
  8. Cover it for few more minutes and Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
  9. Egg Gravy or Anda Currry is ready to serve

Prepare it in less than half an hour and serve with soft chappati or rice.
