- Service cancellation is available within 7 days of the initial purchase or service agreement.

Modifications to Services
Upgrades & Downgrades
- You may request to upgrade or downgrade your service plan at any time by contacting our support team.
- Plan changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.
- For downgrades, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current plan.
- For upgrades, additional charges will apply based on the new plan pricing.
Termination of Services
Client-Initiated Termination
- You may terminate your service agreement at any time.
- No refunds will be issued for terminations made after the initial 7-day cancellation window.
Company-Initiated Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate services due to breach of terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons.
- In such cases, prorated refunds may be issued for unused services at our discretion.
