Cancellation Policy:

  2. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your service within the specified 7-day period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation and any setup or administrative fees incurred.

  3. Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as domain registration, website hosting, and any third-party expenses, are non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

Modifications to Services:

  1. Service Upgrades/Downgrades: If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your digital marketing service plan, please contact our support team. Any changes to your plan will be effective from the next billing cycle.

  2. Adjustments to Charges: In the case of a plan downgrade, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service. For upgrades, additional charges will apply.

Termination of Services:

  1. Termination by Client: You may terminate your ongoing digital marketing services at any time. However, please note that refunds are not available for services terminated after the initial 7-day cancellation period.

  2. Termination by Blogrator Web Service: We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of our terms and conditions, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service.
