Quick answer

Blogrator manages Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads for small businesses from $100 a month: $100 for one platform, $199 for Google and Meta together, and $299 for larger budgets or multiple locations. That is the management fee only. Your ad budget is paid straight to Google or Meta from your own account, and every campaign is built in accounts you own.

What is included, and what is not

Included

  • Campaigns built in your own Google and Meta ad accounts
  • Conversion tracking set up before any money is spent
  • Ad copy and creatives
  • Weekly optimisation on Starter, twice weekly on Growth and Scale
  • A monthly report: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we changed
  • Month to month, no long-term contract

Not included

  • Your ad budget, which you pay to Google or Meta directly
  • Building a new landing page (we review yours on Growth; a new page is our website gig, from $50)
  • Video production

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • Local service businesses that want calls, bookings or enquiries
  • Owners spending up to about $5,000 a month who want ads run properly without an agency retainer
  • Businesses that already have a way to take enquiries: phone, form or booking link

Probably not for you if

  • You have no website, phone line or booking link yet (fix that first; ads only bring people to the door)
  • Your budget is only a few dollars a day, which is too little data to optimise; we will tell you on the call if that is the case

Buyer questions

Should I start with Google Ads or Meta ads?

Google Search ads reach people who are already searching for what you sell, so for local services they usually bring enquiries faster. Meta ads reach people who are not searching yet, which suits awareness, new ideas and visual offers. If you are unsure, start with the one closest to how customers find you today, then add the second once you can see your cost per lead.

How much ad budget do I need?

It depends on your market and what clicks cost in your area, so we recommend a figure on the free call. Start with a budget you can keep for at least a month: campaigns need time and data to improve.

How much of what I pay goes to Google or Meta?

All of your ad budget. Google or Meta charge it to your own card, and our management fee is billed separately, so you can see every cent in your ad account.

Will I get reports?

Yes, every month: spend, leads, cost per lead and what we changed. You also have full access to your ad accounts at any time.

Your ads: your accounts, your spend, our fee

With paid ads the risk is not the fee, it is whose account the spend and the data sit in. Here is how we set it up. These are written commitments; if you want them confirmed under the company name, reply to your order email and we will send them signed.

Our prices: management $100 a month (one platform, spend up to $1,500), $199 (Google and Meta, spend up to $5,000, retargeting) or $299 (larger multi-campaign accounts). Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Google or Meta. No setup fee, no minimum term.

1. Whose ad account is it?

Yours. Campaigns run in a Google Ads account and a Meta ad account owned by your business (your Business Manager, your billing). We work as a manager or partner on those accounts, so the account history, pixels, audiences and conversion data stay with you if we part ways.

2. Does ad spend go through you?

Never. Your card is on file with Google and Meta, and they bill you directly. Our fee is the only thing you pay us, so there is no markup on spend and nothing hidden in it.

3. Is there a minimum spend or contract?

No contract; month to month, and no minimum spend. We recommend a budget for your market on the free call, because campaigns need enough data to learn, but it is your budget and you can change it any time.

4. What reporting do I get?

A monthly report with spend, clicks, cost per lead, conversions and what we changed, plus direct access to the ad accounts themselves, so you can check any number we quote.

5. What happens when I cancel?

Remove our access in Google Ads and Business Manager. Campaigns, audiences, pixels and history remain yours and keep running or paused as you choose. We hand over a short document of what is running and why.

6. Do you guarantee results?

No, and be wary of anyone who does; results depend on your offer, your market and your budget. What we commit to is the work: ongoing optimisation, honest monthly reporting, and telling you to stop if the numbers say so.
