Next.js Website Development From $299

Next.js sites that load fast, score well on Core Web Vitals and are easy for Google and AI search to read.

Quick answer

Blogrator builds Next.js websites from $299 for a one-page landing page, $599 for a business site of up to 6 pages with a blog, and $999 for up to 12 pages with a headless CMS and integrations. Prices are one-time. Every site includes SEO metadata, schema markup and deployment, and you own the code.

Last updated 25 September 2026

Next.js is the React framework behind many of the fastest sites on the web. Pages are pre-rendered, so they load quickly on phones and search engines see the full content straight away.

We design and build your site in Next.js with clean metadata, schema markup, a sitemap and analytics in place, then deploy it to Vercel or your own hosting. You own the code and the repository.

Good fit if you want a modern, fast site you can grow into a web app later. If you just need a simple site you can edit yourself, our standard website gig from $50 may suit you better.

How It Works

1

Plan pages and keywords

We agree the pages, the questions each page answers and the keywords it targets before any design starts.

2

Design and build in Next.js

Responsive design built as pre-rendered Next.js pages with metadata, schema and analytics in place.

3

Test speed and SEO

Core Web Vitals, mobile layout, forms and structured data are checked before launch.

4

Launch and hand over

Deployed to Vercel or your host, connected to Search Console, with the code in your GitHub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes on Business Site and Advanced Site: you get an editor for pages and blog posts. The one-page Landing Page is edited by us; small changes are covered by our $50/month care plan.

Where is it hosted?

Usually on Vercel. Business sites need Vercel’s paid Pro plan, because its free Hobby plan is for non-commercial use only. We can also deploy to your own hosting or AWS. Hosting is billed to you directly.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code is pushed to a GitHub repository in your name, and you can take it to any developer.

Why choose Next.js over WordPress?

Next.js sites are usually faster and more secure because pages are pre-built and there are no plugins to hack. WordPress is easier if you want to edit everything yourself. We build both and will tell you which fits.

Is Next.js good for SEO?

Yes. Pages are rendered as full HTML, so Google and AI crawlers can read everything without running JavaScript, and fast loading helps Core Web Vitals.

Can you rebuild my current site in Next.js?

Yes. We move your content, keep your URLs or add redirects, and keep your rankings as safe as possible during the switch.

What happens after launch?

You get the code and access to everything. For edits, updates and monitoring, our website care plan is $50 a month, or we quote changes one at a time.
